Cancellation & Return Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy – Book & Buy
a. Book & Buy Process
- Book & Buy facility of the selected products are available on the website.
- The Buyer will pay Booking Amount, as decided by Agroman on time to time, to Book the product and Buy on a later date by paying Balance Amount.
- Buyer can cancell the Booking within 7 days without paying any cancellation charges.
- Buyer has to pay the remaining amount within 30 days of booking to buy the product.
- On payment of balance amount the order will be confirmed to the buyer.
- If buyer fails to deposit the remaining amount within 30 days of booking for any reason whatsoever then the booking will deemed to be cancelled.
b. Cancellation Policy
- Buyer can cancel the Booking within 7 days without paying any cancellation charges.
- If the Buyer cancel the booking after 7 days, then 10% cancellation charge will be applicable on Booking Amount
- If buyer fails to deposit the remaining amount within 30 days of booking for any reason whatsoever then the booking will be deemed to be cancelled and 10% cancellation charges will be levied on Booking Amount.
- After cancellation, remaining amount after adjusting any cancellation fee (if any) will be credited into buyers account within 15 days of cancellation
2. Order Cancellation Policy – Direct Buy
a. Direct Buy Process
- Direct Buy is a buying process in which the Buyer pays full amount.
b. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of order is not allowed after 3 days of placing the order
- If buyer wants to cancel the order within 3 days of placing then there will be 10% cancellation charges on the transaction amount
- After cancellation of the order, remaining amount after adjusting any cancellation fee will be credited into buyers account within 15 days of cancellation
3. Refund Modes

- We may request for information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
- If the payment mode has expired or is no longer valid, we will refund you one of the modes mentioned above.
4. Return Policy
- Return of product is allowed only under the following situations:
- Physical specifications vary from the description while placing the order #
- Wrong product delivered by the seller
- Damaged/defective product delivered by the seller
- Wrong quantity delivered by the seller
- Expired product delivered by the seller
- Fake product delivered by the seller
- Buyer has to raise a return request for any of the above situation within 2 days of reciept of the products
- Buyer return requested will accepted only after proper verification from agroman.in
- Final decision on return policy will be taken by the agroman.in and will be binding on both buyer and seller.
